Returns

- You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and with proof of purchase.
- Start a return at support@pawfectcare.pet. We’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a request first won’t be accepted.
- Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us right away so we can make it right.
- We can’t accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.
- For exchanges, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
I bought this for my cat, so i could put his drinking and food bauls on a mattress that will move every time my cat gets near them, i love this mat. it's not moving, and have an protecting edge. it's perfect.

I'm buying this for the second time because my French bulldog tore the first one into pieces when it was two months old. The dog has grown, so I hope we can now use the mat as intended. The quality is good, there's no rubber smell, I recommend it.
