- Replace the set if you notice damaged stitching, hardware or webbing.

We ship within the United States only. Free shipping on all US orders.
We process and ship orders as quickly as we can so your pet essentials arrive when you need them.
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. We don’t process, ship, or deliver on weekends or holidays.
- During high-volume periods, processing may take a few extra days. We’ll email you if your order is significantly delayed.
- United States: estimated delivery 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Standard shipping: Free on all US orders.
- Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 1–2 business days to update.
- We’re not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. For missing packages or delays beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@pawfectcare.pet.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
- You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and with proof of purchase.
- Start a return at support@pawfectcare.pet. We’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a request first won’t be accepted.
- Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us right away so we can make it right.
- We can’t accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.
- For exchanges, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
